Privacy Policy for This Website
This privacy notice shows how Pasadena property details and project enquiries stay private, protected from outside advertising networks and deleted on fixed schedules while local concrete work proceeds under California privacy laws.
What we collect
When an owner sends a request through our online form, we collect a contact name, telephone number, email address, property address in Pasadena, and notes on the project. Every estimate is measured and written on site Our web server records basic log data including internet protocol addresses, browser types, and visit timestamps. We run no online checkout.
How we use it
We use submitted details to reply to your enquiry within 1 business day. We use the address to schedule an on site visit in Pasadena or the San Gabriel Valley. We use measurements to prepare the written estimate for your concrete slab or driveway. We maintain customer records for completed jobs. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the estimator, Wes Hollister, and the field crew assigned to your pour review your project details. We share contact data with service providers that host our website, transmit email, and route our telephone and text messages. We provide records to public agencies only when California law mandates disclosure. Your personal details are never sold.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies on your computer, runs no analytics or advertising code, and loads no third party tracking scripts. Links to maps showing where our crew has poured concrete since 2016 and links to external review platforms direct your browser to outside companies. Those separate platforms operate under their own individual privacy notices.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a scheduled pour are deleted after 6 months. When a project moves forward, completed job records are preserved for 10 years to support a written workmanship guarantee against defects in how it was built and for 7 years as state tax law requires. After these stated retention periods expire, we erase all related digital files.
Your rights and choices
You may ask to review, update, or delete your contact records at any time by emailing or calling our Pasadena office. You can stop text updates by replying STOP to any message, or decline phone calls by telling our staff. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, CA residents hold rights to know and delete personal data by submitting a formal request.
Children and this website
Our website and concrete services are intended solely for property owners aged 18 and older. Contracting under CSLB C-8 licensing since 2016, we build only for legal adults. We never knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has submitted personal data through this website, we delete those records from our files immediately.
